These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PPL Evaluator ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the App.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, and content, remain the sole property of the Company.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
